*Note: If you are in to summer gazpachos (cold soups) like myself, this also makes a great base for that. Finely chop up some extra veggies, throw in a little black pepper and there you have it.
For The Rim
When you are feeling extra fancy (maybe you're entertaining or you want to treat yourself), you can throw in an extra sprig of fresh parsley and add a lemon wedge to the rim. Yum!
This juice will yield approximately 3 pints of juice (6 cups) for you to enjoy or share!
